Just finished a run at Tribble Mill Park so I sat down at a Picnic table to give you this update. Peachtree Road Race, Decatur-DeKalb YMCA 4 mi Race and the ATC August 5K completed and each race at a little faster pace. Making progress. Signed up for the Crows Lake Trail Race in Jefferson, GA on Sept 8th. I Am running the shorter race, there are 2 available one is 6.1 mi and the other is 3.3 mi. I am working my way through the Hal Higdon Intermediate 5K Training plan at the present. I have embedded a video of the Crows Lake Trail Race course on my blog.
