My first podcast of 2015, I give you an update on my 1st race of the year. All while loading dishes in the dishwasher in my kitchen. Please excuse the noise of the pots and pans.
I then move on to talking a little about my new Garmin 920XT.
I then finish up after a run out at Stone Mountain Park with a list of the races I plan to do the 1st part of this year.
